At AG Jeans, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Print Your Label

  After completing the online request, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed, typically within 7-10 business days.
